Backstory

Sakura Sensations

Long ago, Tsukuyo, a battle shrine maiden, lost her elder sister in a fierce fight against Dark Matter. Carrying the pain, she embarks on a journey to fulfill her sister’s wish: to spread Japanese culture worldwide and gather the fragments of her sister's soul. Along the way, Tsukuyo meets companions who share her dream. Together, they form the V-Tuber team “Sakura Sensations.”

Their first mission is to open a café in India to showcase Japanese culture, offering a space where visitors can experience traditions, meet anime enthusiasts, and create unforgettable memories.

About Concept Art

Yoshinori Shizuma

Born and brought up in Tokyo, Shizuma-sensei pursued his artistic passion at Chiyoda Technical Art College. Despite initial challenges, including part-time work, he persevered. His career took off after joining a game company, and in 2008, he began sharing his work on Pixiv, gaining recognition with a feature in the 2009 "Pixiv Yearbook."

This led to light novel illustrations, including Yuji Shibamura's "Marginal Operation" and "Canaan of the Faraway Frozen Land." Shizuma-sensei's character designs for the popular game "Fleet Koko Koshon" (Yamato, Musashi, Shimakaze, Iowa) and contributions to anime like "Toushi no Miko" and "The Nonconformist at Maou Academy" cemented his success as a freelance artist.

His journey reflects his dedication and love for art.
